Xtreme-Sponsored driver Jake Jones has capped off a HUGE year with a win in Round 3 of the local G1 Series at Mallala Motorsport Park in Adelaide. Jake Jones, known as the Driftsquid showed why he is a tough competitor at his home track starting the day with a perfect 100.0 point run in the mornings qualifying session. Xtreme Clutch together with the team at Superlap have returned home after a successful World Time Attack Challenge (WTAC) over the weekend. The Time Attack event is now in its 5th year & Xtreme Clutch were on hand once again with a trade display & as a sponsor to the event itself.

Xtreme-Sponsored Tom Monkhouse is now leading the Formula Drift Asia Series with a close 2nd place over the weekend. Tom, a long-time advocate of drifting here in Australia was coming off a successful Round 1 of the FD Asia Series at Calder Park Raceway in Melbourne with a 2nd place to reigning series champion Daigo Saito. Xtreme-Sponsored 3 time NZ Drift Champ Gary “Gaz” Whiter has driven the Tectaloy Nissan S14 to the podium for the first time since it was launched over the weekend at the NAC Insurance 2013 Drift Nationals. It has been a long time testing for the close knit team since the debut of the LS-Powered S14 but the package is now bullet-proof with the Chev powered V8 now making close to 400RWKW’s comfortably. Xtreme-Sponsored Tim Possingham has finished the 2013 Targa Adelaide with a class win in Early Modern as well as 5th outright out of the entire field of competing cars. Tim, along with co-driver Ben Scott managed to lead every stage over the 4 day event with a decent gap after the Intercontinental Special stage at the Showground’s on the Wednesday.

Xtreme-Sponsored Tom Monkhouse has capped off a huge weekend with a 2nd place in the ADGP Double-header. The highly anticipated event consisted of the Australian Drifting Grand Prix and the Formula Asia Series combined in the one weekend. The ADGP ran an exhibition round on the Saturday at Calder Park using the original Thunderdome layout. This saw all 32 drivers compete head to head for a top 6 spot. This top 6 spot would then allow them to progress to the once in a lifetime opportunity in the Formula Drift Asia round on the Sunday.

The Manufacturer and Distributor of the Xtreme, Xtreme Outback and Clutch Pro brands, Australian Clutch Services (ACS) took out no less than three awards at the recent Australian Auto Aftermarket Expo held in Sydney. The trade show, held every two years is run by the Australian Automotive Aftermarket Association (AAAA) with an awards breakfast also being conducted before each Show. ACS won the award for:
