Xtreme Clutch Sprung Twin Plate Organic Range

Looking for a performance clutch upgrade for your high power street car? The Xtreme Clutch sprung twin plate organic range has been designed and engineered to provide the ultimate clutch solution for high powered street cars where drivability and low shock-loading on the transmission are essential.

The range of kits has been developed in-house at Xtreme Clutch and is based on the existing 230mm range of street and motorsport twin plate kits. The new range incorporates a sprung central hub with high torque drive springs and is made from high strength 4140 chromoly. The top disc in the clutch assembly is gear driven from the central hub and the clutch also includes conventional 4140 chromoly intermediate plate and casting. The pressure plate is a lightweight alloy construction and offers 1600 Kg of clamping force making the clutch suitable for vehicles up to 1000 Nm of torque.

Each clutch assembly is available with an application specific flywheel made from 4140 chromoly, providing excellent strength and weight characteristics. Also included in the kit is everything the installer may require such as concentric slave cylinder or release bearing, spigot bearing or bush, bolts and alignment tool*.
